Since 2018, we have watched Shiann grow into an amazing stylist. After graduating the associate program at Capelli's under Nichole, Shiann quickly pushed through a Level 1 stylist by building relationships with her clients, continuing to learn from her mentors, and pushing herself towards her goal of becoming a Level 2 stylist. With a fast filling book, Shiann was quickly promoted to a Level 3.

Match Our Skills to Your Wants
This program simply allows us to take new and advanced stylists through our Capelli’s training to ensure that we offer the most experience and education to each of our guests. While prices vary in each level based on skills, training and experience, we want to maintain the same consistent goal and that is to offer our guests the highest quality as well as world-class customer service.
Please read through each of our levels before determining which one suits you best, whichever level you choose you will experience superior service.
LEVEL 1
Level 1 stylists have taken many of our classes and graduated from New Talent or have prior experienced to joining our salon company. While still in training, they are certified and qualified to offer any of our services. At a higher price point than New Talent, you can expect advanced upscale service still at affordable prices, while stylists continue to work to reach their potential.
LEVEL 1
LEVEL 2
Level 2 stylists have between 1-5 years experience within our Salon Company and are still building clientele. Level 2 stylists have been promoted based on Capelli’s requirements for specific classes and have demonstrated expertise and proficiency. Carefully selected for their technical skills and professionalism. Advanced education is a constant theme as these stylists continue to offer the best.
LEVEL 2
LEVEL 3
Level 3 stylists are well-educated and experienced professionals. At this point they have worked their way through our level system and are continuing to build and grow their career. Their commitment to ongoing education keeps them at the forefront of new techniques and trends. Working harder to achieve the goal of becoming a Master Designer, our Level 3 stylists are always on top of the latest trends and will be ready to offer you a new style no matter the challenge.
LEVEL 3
LEVEL 4
Level 4 stylists are on the verge of becoming part of our salon companies coaching program. These stylists have been with Capelli’s for many years and continue to strive to reach goals and give the best customer experience possible.
