


DEPOSITS
A 20% deposit is required for all service reservations. The deposit will be applied to your invoice on the day the service is fulfilled or refunded based on our cancellation policy.
CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS
At Capelli’s Studio & Spa, your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Our team is committed to providing an exceptional guest experience, and we appreciate your respect for our providers’ time and scheduling.
To help keep appointments running smoothly, reservation confirmations are sent at the time of booking, along with reminder texts 72 hours prior to your appointment.
If you are running late, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their services adjusted or may need to reschedule to ensure we stay on time for all scheduled appointments.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. This allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment time to another guest.
We do understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen. If this occurs, please contact us as soon as possible by phone.
Cancellation Fees

Repeat Last-Minute Cancellations
We understand that life happens, and first-time guests who cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice will receive a one-time courtesy waiver.
After that, standard cancellation fees apply. Guests who cancel, reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, or no-show more than twice within a 6-month period will be required to prepay 100% of their service total at the time of booking.
These policies help us protect our providers’ time while maintaining appointment availability for all guests.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES, & REFUNDS
Services
We do not issue refunds on salon/spa services. However, we do strive for guest satisfaction and will make every effort to rectify any issues related to service performance. If you are unsatisfied with the service(s) performed, we ask that you contact management within 7 days following the service.

Products
Capelli's team strives to choose the best products to help you maintain the health and style of your hair and skin. If you find that you are unhappy with your product purchase, please return it to us within 14 days of the sale and we will exchange it for something that better suits your needs. Extensions are non-refundable/exchangeable.

Gift Cards
We do not offer refunds or cash back on gift cards. Gift cards received via donation expire 90 days from the date they were issued and cannot be used toward the purchase of products exclusively unless otherwise noted in the donation..

CHILD SAFETY
We LOVE children, but the salon is not a safe place for them with the chemicals and tools we use for services. For the safety of your children and the comfort and relaxation of all of our guests, we ask that children not be brought for extended services when you may not be able to attend to them. We reserve the right to adjust or reschedule an appointment to maintain the safety and comfort of all guests.
