DEPOSITS
A 20% deposit is required for all service reservations. The deposit will be applied to your invoice on the day the service is fulfilled or refunded based on our cancellation policy.

CANCELLATIONS & LATE SHOWS

At Capelli's Studio & Spa, your appointment is very important to us. We have a high standard of customer service and go above and beyond to ensure a positive guest experience. As part of our commitment to quality customer service, a reservation text is sent immediately upon booking. Additionally, we send out confirmation texts 72 hours in advance. 

 

In return, we ask that if you are running late, you notify us as soon as possible. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, your services may be adjusted and/or rescheduled. Additionally, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you provide us with 48-hour notice. These policies not only respect our staff members' time but also allow us to accommodate other guests accordingly. We do understand that emergencies and scheduling mishaps occur. Should this happen, please reach out to us as soon as possible via phone call.

Our cancellation fees are as follows:

  • Day Before: 20% of reserved appointment

  • Day Of: 50% of reserved appointment

  • No-Shows: 100% of reserved appointment

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, & REFUNDS

Services

We do not issue refunds on salon/spa services. However, we do strive for guest satisfaction and will make every effort to rectify any issues related to service performance. If you are unsatisfied with the service(s) performed, we ask that you contact management within 7 days following the service.

Products

Capelli's team strives to choose the best products to help you maintain the health and style of your hair and skin. If you find that you are unhappy with your product purchase, please return it to us within 14 days of the sale and we will exchange it for something that better suits your needs. Extensions are non-refundable/exchangeable.

Gift Cards

We do not offer refunds or cash back on gift cards. Gift cards received via donation expire 90 days from the date they were issued and cannot be used toward the purchase of products exclusively unless otherwise noted in the donation..

CHILD SAFETY

We LOVE children, but the salon is not a safe place for them with the chemicals and tools we use for services. For the safety of your children and the comfort and relaxation of all of our guests, we ask that children not be brought for extended services when you may not be able to attend to them. We reserve the right to adjust or reschedule an appointment to maintain the safety and comfort of all guests.
