WHEN BOOKING A SERVICE OVER ONE (1) HOUR, A 20% deposit is required. THE DEPOSIT CAN BE PAID VIA A SELF-PAY TEXT MESSAGE, SELF-PAY EMAIL, OR CHARGED TO THE CARD ON FILE. THE DEPOSIT WILL BE APPLIED TO THE GUEST'S INVOICE ON THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT. ALL APPOINTMENTS WITH UNPAID DEPOSITS AT THE END OF EACH BUSINESS DAY WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE CANCELLED.
hair extension deposits are non-refundable.
LATE SHOW, NO-Show & Cancellation
Prior to your appointment, you will receive a text confirmation reminder. Please utilize this service to confirm, reschedule, or cancel your appointment. we require that you reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled day/time.
Any rescheduled or canceled appointments that occur less than 48 hours before the scheduled date and time MAY result in forfeiture of the deposit and/or will be subject to a 20% service fee. Missed appointments WITH NO COURTESY CALL OR APPOINTMENTS CANCELED THE DAY OF THE SERVICE to reschedule or cancel will be subject to a fee in the range of 50-100% of the total service cost. Payments will be charged to the credit card on file. If you do not have a card on file, the fee will be applied to your account and will have to be paid before you can schedule another appointment.
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment.
IF A GUEST NEEDS TO CANCEL THEIR APPOINTMENT DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER, THEY ARE NOT REQUIRED TO GIVE A 48-HOUR NOTICE. ADDITIONALLY, WHEN WEATHER PROHIBITS OUR GUESTS FROM SAFE TRAVEL, NO FEES WILL BE CHARGED FOR APPOINTMENTS CANCELLED REGARDLESS OF WHEN THE CANCELLATION IS MADE.
If Capelli’s needs to close due to inclement weather, GUESTS WILL BE CONTACTED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE BY A MEMBER OF CAPELLI'S STAFF, AND THE APPOINTMENT WILL BE RESCHEDULED FOR THE SOONEST DATE AND TIME AVAILABLE IN THE SERVICE PROVIDER'S SCHEDULE.
Our salon company does not issue refunds on salon/spa services. However, we strive to give the utmost satisfaction to our guests. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we will make every effort to rectify the situation via our “redo” option. The "redo" option is available within the first 7 days following a service and is at no cost to our guests.
Our team strives to choose the best products to help you maintain the health and style of your hair. If you find that you are unhappy with YOUR product purchase, please return IT within 14 days of the sale and we will exchange IT WITH ANOTHER PRODUCT BETTER FIT FOR THE NEEDS OF YOUR HAIR.

We LOVE children, but the salon is not a safe place for them with the chemicals and tools we use for services. For the safety of your children and the comfort and relaxation of all of our GUESTS, we ask that children be left at home unless they have an appointment for a service.

If you choose to enter a contest, sweepstakes, or promotion offered by us, your information may be disclosed to third parties for purposes of posting your entry with attribution or otherwise as permitted in the official rules for the contest, sweepstakes, or promotion in question, fulfilling your prize or including your name on a winners list, or as otherwise necessary for purposes of the contest, sweepstakes or promotion. We may also require you to consent to the use of your information, such as name, voice, or likeness, in advertising, promotional, and marketing materials, in which case the rules will so state. In addition, we may offer promotional content, including sweepstakes and promotions, sponsored by or co-branded with a third party, who may obtain the personal information that you submit. Please refer to the rules of the particular contest, sweepstakes, or promotion for additional information.
Salon may from time to time conduct voluntary surveys of visitors to the Site to obtain aggregate demographic information about them. Such information may be compiled and shared in the aggregate with advertisers and other third parties.
If we are acquired by or merged with another company, if substantially all of our assets are transferred to another company, or as part of a bankruptcy proceeding, we may transfer the information we have collected from you to the acquiring company.
OUR COMMITMENT TO CHILDREN'S POLICY:
In accordance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, we do not knowingly request or solicit personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. In the event that we receive actual knowledge that we have collected such personal information without the requisite and verifiable parental consent, we will delete that information from our database as quickly as is practical.

If you would like to remove your name and e-mail address from our client database, you can send an email requesting removal to email@example.com.
If you no longer wish to receive promotional emails from us, please follow the opt-out instructions in the text of the email. Please note that it may take up to ten days to process your request. Please also note that if you opt out of receiving promotional emails from us, we may continue to contact you via email with service-related communications.
